Recoupr receives supply invoices only. We do not access, store, or process patient information. Uploaded files are stored encrypted and deleted within 90 days of audit completion.
What we collect
When you create a Recoupr account, we collect your name, email, role, practice name, and state. When you submit invoices, we collect the PDF files you upload.
What we do not collect
We do not access your electronic health records, scheduling system, billing system, or any system containing patient information. Supply invoices contain product codes, quantities, and prices — never PHI.
How we use your information
Your invoices are reviewed by Recoupr operators to produce your audit report. We use your email to deliver your report and operational updates. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with suppliers or third parties without your explicit consent.
Storage and deletion
Uploaded files are stored encrypted at rest. Within 90 days of audit completion, invoice files are deleted from our storage. Audit report PDFs remain available to you in your Reports tab until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can update your account information at any time from the Settings page. To delete your account or any specific data, email hello@userecoupr.com and we will process your request within 7 days.
